With over three decades as a leader in the hospitality industry, Keith has dedicated his career to shaping exceptional guest experiences and driving innovation in hospitality real estate development and management. Currently serving as the President of Fort Hospitality, a Miami-based company managing an incredible portfolio of assets valued at almost three billion dollars, amongst which are the 4 Four Seasons Hotels in South Florida (Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Surfside, Brickell) as well as the luxury development on the Caribbean Island of Norman’s Cay. Fort Hospitality also has four luxury hotels and residence assets in Italy, Telluride, CO and Coconut Grove, Fl under development. All renowned for the commitment to understated elegance, sophisticated design, and unparalleled service. Keith is dedicated to preserving a property’s natural beauty while creating a sustainable and luxurious community that embodies warm hospitality. Always striving to create spaces that enhance the well-being and lifestyle of our clientele.

Prior to Fort Hospitality, Keith held key leadership positions at esteemed organizations such as Highgate Hotels and Boutique Hospitality Management, where he honed his expertise in hotel operations and asset management.  His tenure as the President and CEO of Boutique Hospitality Management of 18 years, spearheading the company's growth and reputation as a provider of high-quality service and acclaimed design talent in the lifestyle hotel market.

At Ian Schrager Hotels, Keith played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the concept of boutique hotels, giving him a deep understanding that innovation in hospitality is found at the crossroads of design and functionality. Creating unique and unforgettable guest experiences from the man who is credited with establishing the concept.

Keith’s educational background received a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration/management and a master’s degree in hospitality management with a focus on Hospitality Real Estate Development from FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality.
