Natalie J. Castillo is a Managing Director with Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ms. Castillo was a Senior Vice President with CBRE Hotels in Miami, Florida where she specialized in investment sales of select service, extended stay, and boutique hotels in Florida and throughout the Sunbelt region of the U.S. Ms. Castillo began her career with The Charre Group and Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Ms. Castillo has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality real estate investment sector and has been directly involved with hotel sales totaling over $2.5 billion. Her extensive background includes expertise in hotel operations, development, and financing for hospitality assets.
Ms. Castillo earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Business at Florida International University and earned a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Ms. Castillo is fluent in Spanish. Ms. Castillo was elected to join the Hospitality Real Estate Executive Advisory Board (HREAB) at Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
