Stewart Brown

Bio

Stewart Brown serves as the Executive Vice President of Hospitality at Dart Interests, the real estate division of the Dart family office in the United States. In this role, he oversees operations, asset management, and strategic planning for the company’s hospitality investments, which include notable properties such as the Conrad Orlando, Evermore Resort in Orlando, and Wild Dunes Resort outside Charleston, SC. Before joining Dart Interests, Stewart worked with Xenia Hotels and Resorts, where he asset-managed the firm’s West Coast portfolio. Earlier in his career, he led the asset management business line for JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group in the Caribbean and Latin America. Stewart entered into the hospitality industry after working in equity research and corporate finance when he became involved in the development and operation of Fowl Cay resort in the Exuma chain of the Bahamas.

Stewart holds a Master of International Business from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. He is also an active member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association.
