Pre-Workshop Assessments
Each participant is expected to complete the following:

- Emotional Intelligence
Participants are also encouraged to participate in a voluntary, pre-workshop conference call with program facilitators to answer any questions and identify topics for case studies.
Program Structure
- Pre-Program leadership assessments completed 2 weeks prior to program start
- Voluntary participation in pre-workshop conference call with facilitators—1 week prior
- In-classroom duration: 3 days
- Format:
- in-person workshops consisting of classroom presentation of strategic concepts with discussion
- Activities designed to demonstrate tactical applications of strategic concepts
- Activities and discussion around participant assessment results and how they are expressed though real-world case-studies and scenarios
- Three years of experience in a hospitality managerial role is recommended
- Candidates will receive a certificate of completion from Florida International University in Hospitality Leadership
